A siege engine used to damage and destroy enemy gates. Those pushing the ram are provided with cover. Requires 6 people to operate.

The Heavy Battering Ram is a siege vehicle and more advanced version of the Battering Ram  used for ramming structures. It requires 6 people to move with 4 of the vehicles operators being protected by the roof from arrow fire. Players inside the ram can still be melee attacked.

Controls

In order to move and turn all 6 players must work together, pushing either forward or backward. In order to turn left or right each side must invert its push direction from the other side.

Left Side

• Forward to turn Right.
• Back to turn Left.

Right Side

• Forward to turn Left.
• Back to turn Right.

Weapon Controls

• to fire from back left seat.
• to reload from the back right seat.

Gate Breaching

Rams have a unique feature when attacking gates that allows it to breach and open a gate before it's destroyed. Once a gate has been breached, it will be permanently stuck open until it has been repaired. The chance for a gate to breach depends on its tier, and its health each time the gate is rammed.
